REPOSTING----If anyone can answer, thanks.
Timeline Applied: May 20 ROSA: May 24 BQ Referred GS7: August 4th, BQ Wave2 Referred GS7: August 5th Silence...no interivew.
I reached out to HR September 9th and received a response within an hour.
I was told that there were no selections made for grade 7.
My question is, was this only for the POD that I BQ'd for? Or is this the end and just apply next fiscal year? I haven't received any other BQ emails for the other 2 PODs that I applied to either.

Thats something that you need to have HR clarify. I know my first two choices of Fresno and Santa Maria only hired at the GS9 level.

My situation is similar. I was referred and I did my interview for GS7 on August 8th but I never heard anything. Got am email this morning for the GS9 saying application received. (??) I don't know what to think.

That's who responded to me, the HR person on the BQ emails hasn't responded at all. I emailed over a month ago.

Alright, sorry to bother you folks on her again but I am in need of some guidance here with my current situation. Back whenever the RO announcements opened, I applied for both the general public announcement and the recent grad one. Well, I received traction on the GP announcement during wave 2 I believe; interviewed, was given TO, and completed fingerprints/credentials last week. Never had any movement on the RG announcement until I received the TO from the GP announcement. However, the only "movement" I had was my status (on the USAJobs.IRS Portal) changing from "received" to "referred", just like the GP one says (and still says). Well come today, I check my portal for the heck of it and notice that my status for the RG one now says "you've been hired!" whereas the one for GP still says "referred" Keep in mind I received the TO for the GP one and have had no other emails from the IRS stating anything otherwise. Also, the onboarding button still just lists only the GP announcement. So, should I contact my HR contact for the GP announcement for clarification? Or is there a more appropriate person/department to reach out to? I only am concerned really because of the potential for the locations that may have been offered for the RG announcement as opposed to the location that was offered for the GP one. Thanks in advance.

Good Afternoon Everyone, Just wanted to know what the timeline was after the interview was conducted to receive a TO or Rejection Letter? I had applied via the Recent Graduates Program to the Tri-State Area. Thank you in advance.

Now it is official, I just got my FO. I start with the 12/6 group. It is always exciting to start a new career, especially since this will be a new field for me. I have a lot to learn.

Congrats on your FO. Do you mind sharing you long it took for you to get an TO after the interview? And did the interviewer hint at what the results of the interview were?

It took about 2 weeks to get a TO and the interviewer didn’t hint on the results. But I haven’t received my final offer yet and it’s going on 5 weeks. But my EOD is on 12/6.
