And they are likely to fail due to prior SCOTUS precedence stating vaccinations can be a job requirement. A medical RA may apply though but there will be a paper trail to support it.

And while a religious RA may be requested, the standard to claim undue hardship by the agency is one of de minimus, that is, if it is more than a little effort or impact needed, the agency can reject it. So...if the job can and is being done 100% telework/remote work, then it may be granted fairly easily, but if you will have to come in to do any of the essential elements, then mitigation efforts (masks, social distancing, testing, cleaning, etc) will need to be done...and if they determine the cost of the testing and cleaning to be excessive, it will exceed the de minimus standard and so can be denied.

We have one holdover in our office and they know the time is nearing. They are going through the process of requesting an exemption but is preparing to be terminated.
