Hello, I am new to the forum and recently started the on boarding process with the ATF for an 1801 position. I’m very excited to start this new career, but had a question.

I was curious if the conditional employment waiver (states that you allow your background to be adjudicated prior to being completed) is what they consider an Interim Investigation? I’m hoping it is, I never received anything with that exact wording asking if I wanted to participate in the Interim; however, this waiver sounds like the same thing to me, just looking for clarification. Thanks in advance!!
