FBI
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is an agency of the United States Department of Justice that serves as both a federal criminal investigative body and an internal intelligence agency. The FBI has investigative jurisdiction over violations of more than 200 categories of federal crime.
Headquartered in Washington, DC, the FBI has over 55 field offices located throughout the USA as well as smaller units throughout the world.

Finally received the email that my background is now complete. I have the approved for hire profile. The date has not changed and it still shows that I am still in background. |

Right! At first, I felt bad for declining the positions they offered me, but I’m glad I did. We deserve to be happy and confident in our selection. Has anybody been offered a CJO for GS-09? All mine have came in GS-07, but I have a Masters Degree and I know that is a equalification for GS-09.

@juju19 depending on the position, a masters degree may not bump you up a grade. For example, OST caps out at GS-8. Most people get offers at GS-7 and you can be evaluated for a GS-8, but the required experience is very specific to the position. It sucks but I guess it just shows that some of these positions are very temporary and used as feeders for other FBI positions.

After a year, I finally got my FO! I'm headed to DC. Thanks for the insight and this group was a great reference.
