Is it a good sign when you are scheduled to do the medical in the hiring process for the FBI?

Hey everyone,
So, I’m currently in the process with a position in the FBI. I just want to know if I’ve done the medical portion, is that a good sign as far as getting the job of everything on the medical aspect is good?
Here is my timeline. It’s for FBI POLICE in case anyone is wondering.
Applied -10/24/20(delayed due to Covid)
Phone Panel interview - 4/6/21(passed)(Took the POSS exam back in 2017 and passed, but didn’t pass the panel interview that same day)
conditional Job offer - 4/28/21
Personal Security Interview - 5/27/21
Processed at field office - 6/4/21
Polygraph - 8/24/21(inconclusive)
Polygraph retake - 9/14/21(passed)
Background investigation started -9/15/21
medical- 12/8/21
final job offer- ?
I appreciate anyone that can give an idea. I’m a little anxious, can’t lie. I really want this job..lol. Anyone with expired e in this situation will be helpful, also.
