Hi all! I recently interviewed with USCIS for a CIS Assistant position. I'm not sure of the outcome because I haven't received anything official as far as an TO. However I have an "ONBOARDING" button on my USCIS Seeker Dashboard and I'm hopeful that I got the job. I have a few questions though.
1. Can anyone tell me what the job entails
2. Is there a uniform and is there shift work
3. Within the ONBOARDING area I see that they have my position as a GS-5. I am currently a GS-7/10 with one year TIG at a GS-6/10. Will they match my pay if I attempt to negotiate it with my current

Did they match your pay Hi... So, yes I got an Tentative Offer. In that offer they did not match my pay unfortunately. I have sent my most recent SF-50 and I hope that if/when they respond they offer a higher salary. I had the interview on 12/17 and saw they button about a week later. I received the the TO about 2 months later.
