I'm in Germany, and I scour USA Jobs nearly every day because my husband is looking for a position. Up until about a week ago, I was able to put in the city, country and would typically get around 70-90 open positions (including a bunch that stay open).
Now, when I do the same search, it comes back with around 300 positions, most of which are "location negotiable" or "Multiple locations". If I sort by descending location, I usually get one page (25 positions) for our location. And, at least half of those are the ones that stay open.
Any thoughts? I feel like there's a decent chance I'm missing openings for which he could apply because of a system glitch.

USAjobs has have a lot of glitches over the years and most are reported on Reddit when there are active issues with the site. Some have even tried to connect Office of Personnel Management(OPM) for assistance with the site. Reddit would be a good place to start.

Use the 'keyword' search rather than the 'location'. And be aware that there are a LOT of jobs which list multiple locations - you can filter the results after the first sweep.

If you figure it out let us know as I think this has been a weakness of their search function for the past 20 years or so.
