At the end of 2021 I took another internal position within the IRS. My former manger was very irritated by this for some reason. after I left she rated me all 1's down the board. I involved the union, and it was clear cut open and shut retaliation my quarterly's were used as proof of this being malicious scoring. (I'm assuming while awards were distributed I was still dealing with this case) I eventually win and never get performance award despite, being listed.

Is it worth pursing? who would I even reach out to?
