hmmm. I don't think I've seen an IRS position posted with the USSS before. To be honest, I didn't know they had any.

The FBI has intelligence research specialists. In the Secret Service they are called criminal research specialists.

Out of curiosity, what grade was the USSS IRS position that you saw hiring at? I've seen the IRS/CRS position advertised for many of the other DHS components, but not with the Secret Service. Nor have I had interaction with any of them so far. Best of luck with this!!!

It was for a GS-9 with promotional potential to a GS-12,it closed on 06/17/2010. It was only opened for a week,it stated few vacancies in DC.
