DHS

The Department of Homeland Security has a vital mission: to secure the nation from the many threats we face. This requires the dedication of more than 230,000 employees in jobs that range from aviation and border security to emergency response, from cybersecurity analyst to chemical facility inspector. [Their] duties are wide-ranging, but [their] goal is clear: keeping America safe. (source: www.dhs.gov)

that is happening to me too, I got an e-mail saying they received it, but then i get another one saying I need to fax it in. I called the help desk and they told me they do have it, it is readable, and I don't have to turn it in, I still did anyways and they still send me an e-mail saying it hasn't been turned in.

I know how you feel. I tried calling today but waited on hour for someone, but I just gave up mainly because my battery went dead.

Well when you go on to the tsa candidate dashboard, there is a link where you can update and sign your 2811/2812, that is what they wanted me to do. I havent talked to them on the phone because I dont have hrs to waste holding it. Here is the email:

Thank you for your interest in a position with the Transportation Security Administration (TSA).

We received your TSA Forms 2811 and 2812 via fax; however, at this
time, we ask that you log in to the Candidate Dashboard to submit these
forms electronically. You can access the Candidate Dashboard by clicking on the following link: https://tsajobs.tsa.dhs.gov/candidatedashboard

Once you login to the Candidate Dashboard, take the following steps:

1)     In the row of action tabs at the bottom left of your screen,
click the tab marked “Other” 2)     Click on the link “Update/Re-Sign 2811/2812 Form”
3)     Follow the corresponding prompts to review, update, and submit your forms

NOTE: When you are ready to save your forms, do NOT use the save
command in your internet browser, as this may cut off portions of the
forms that are not visible. Instead, you must use the “Save” icon embedded in the PDF to save the forms in their entirety.

If you have any additional questions, please contact the TSA HRAccess
Help Desk at 1-877-872-7990, TTY 1-877-872-7992, fax 1-877-872-7993, or
e-mail HelpDesk@TSA-HRAccess.com and include the Service Request Number provided above.

Sincerely,

The TSA HRAccess Help Desk
