Good afternoon,

I received a job offer for an NSPS position. I qualify for a YB-01 and YB-02, which is both listed in the job announcement. Would I be hired on at the YB-02 since I qualify or do they start you off at the lowest and you work up?

I am waiting to hear back from HR or whoever is suppose to call me with details. I accepted the position, no matter the pay, because of where I would be working. But I'm just curious as to how the NSPS process works as I'm not familiar with it.

Thanks in advanceSmile

Unless your HR specialist is trolling this board, nobody here will be able to give you an accurate answer! The answer depends on a wide variety of circumstances.
