I agree...

I'd also point out that the "freeze" is not over for all agencies... some have decided to not hire until they reorganize (like State dept).

Also, I spoke with a friend in management from another agency and he said they are taking advantage of the freeze, cuts, etc to honestly look at their structure and cut some people. He used the term "regroup of departments". He was not a trump supporter, but he welcomes this change (or rather look at this change as a chance to do something positive for the organization).

Hopefully people are vising opm and learning their rights.
