I'm not all that familiar with what the "scores" you are receiving and referencing mean. I can only make some assumptions until I query my sources. I'm thinking that the scores you are receiving may be based on either the final evaluation of your application/qualifications OR the proctored exams you took OR both. I'm not sure the interview scores are included since they went to DEA HQ for evaluation. I could be wrong. I will try to find out exactly what the scores mean and how they fit into the overall process and get back to you.

Yes, my status says reviewed now instead of referred. Did it say received before it said referred, or did it say reviewed?

Got the letter, got the 90 score and also status changed in USA Jobs.

Nine months out from the initial application and the background hasn't even started yet?

Yikes.

This is quite the process.

I talked to HR about another position I applied for and was told that if you already have a valid clearance they can speed up the process. I am hoping that they can do the same with DI.

By looking at the other October 2015 forum, COEs came within a few days of submitting the forms.

Still a lonnnnnggggg way to go before onboarding. I am guessing there is still a backlog of 2015 a3pplicants.

But its nice to see progress.

I received and submitted mine as well. Progress is nice, and hopefully the fact that there was a 2 day turn around time to submit the paperwork is a sign that things will start moving a bit more quickly.

Got the paperwork email today as well. I printed, signed scanned and returned to the email address it was emailed from.

There were no instructions on if they wanted the forms faxed in or emailed back although there was a fax number included in the signature line. I tried to call to make sure they received the forms but was sent to voicemail.

Anyone do anything different?

I know I'm being anal about wanting to make sure they received the forms but I've been working in bureaucratic administrative hell for years and know how these things go.
