Hi, Does anyone work for the US Dept of Ed Office of Civil Rights or know someone who does? I would like to know their true thoughts about the organization and working there as an employee. I recently received an offer to work for them, but do not know anyone who works there. According to the below review, it doesn't look like a very desirable place. And if I have to spend a few years in a job, I want to make sure that it is a place where I can grow. I've been working for OCR since 2016. It tries to select, procure and hold a differing workforce, intelligent of the assorted populace we serve, so as to best address the issues of the country's understudies, families, and schools; it does not counter against candidates for contradicting unfair practices as well as taking an interest in the separation protestation process.
