Does anyone work for the the General Services Administration Office of Inspector General? Do you you like working for this division/agency? I see it has been highly rated in the federal employee survey for 2013 ranking #6 out of 300 sub agencies! They have posted a few auditor positions in the past few months.

I use to work for GSA, they are by far the friendliest government agency to work with. They have awesome telework plan and since they buy the equipment and lease the space for government you can be sure they'll take care of themselves as well.

Most GSA postings are internal so try to get into any section of GSA first and then transfer from there.

Hi!

I just applied for a position with them. Do you know how long they take to process their applications? The position I applied for is also for OIG.

Thanks!

Hello

What position and location did you apply for in the OIG? Once they contact you for an interview the process moves fairly quickly. But that can vary of position and location. Good Luck!

OIG part of GSA is very selective. You are lucky if you actually interview with them. OIG is highly competitive. In-depth and structured 2-3 hr interview with OIG. Buckle up!
Buckle up buttercup. Its a long ride!
