Did they give you multiple meet and greet dates to choose from? I only had one date and was told to accept or reject the meeting.

What was your attire for the Phase II written portion? I am guessing it’s the same dress code as the Phase I test since it is proctored by a third party. I am really overthinking this.

Correct. Actually I overdressed for the Phase 1, for the written Phase 2 I had a polo and khakis. Another guy had gym pants and a t-shirt. I'd go with the polo/button up n khakis just so the proctor has a higher image of you when he/she meets you.

For my written, it was just a normal business casual wear.

Hey all!

So I asked this is in the 2018 thread but no luck on a response. Figured more people check this thread out so I might have better luck here.

Regarding men's hair at Quantico. When they say hair can't be longer than the top collar, what does that mean exactly? Like are we talking military style haircuts or is there some flexibility for slightly longer hair for men? If anyone has an examples I'd really appreciate it.

Hope to see some of you in March!

I’d say that most men sported modern haircuts of various varieties. Many haircuts were shorter style. I would say that if you have hair long enough to go to you shirt collar, you will probably be the only man there with hair that long.

It's not long by any means (well, I guess to those with a buzz cut it would be considered long). I'm just trying to figure out if my hair is too long by these standards. To give an idea, my hair on the sides and back is about 3/4 inch long, with maybe 2-3 inches up top.
I just didn't know if it needed to be like skin length (or something close to skin length) on the sides and back.

Does anyone have any information regarding when you get the “competitive/most competitive” ranking? I’ve heard that it is after the M&G which makes some sense going forward to Phase II, but I’m curious as to how you’re informed of your label?

Also, I’ve got the M&G coming up in 2 weeks and for those of us who are working and don’t want to let our current employer know we have applied...what excuses did you give for being gone for 3 hours on a random day during the week? I don’t want to let my current employer know anything until, and if, I get the call to report to Quantico.

Kind of a dumb question i guess, but wasn't there a scoring rubric for the PFT based on age before? I feel like i remember seeing something in the website that separated the test based on how old you are. I can't seem to find that anymore.

The PFT is only adjusted for age after you're an agent. Through the application and Quantico everyone is tested on the same scale.
