Thank you! does the offer worth the wait?

Honestly I have been trying to get in USCIS for a very long time. I'm talking Years maybe close to ten lol. So yes I got very lucky. I'm guessing the experience I have gained through my federal employment did the trick this time. I'm just grateful to finally get my foot in the door. I just submitted my Sf50 so I am waiting to hear back what my salary and GS will be.

Thanks Mike. I did constantly get these email telling me within 24 hours ONLY IF you are among the top-rated applicants who were referred to the selecting official. I never get an email within 24 hours except one time. Thus, I guess I never see my score.

This one time, I did get an email immediately after just told me I was referred. Still I see no numeric score like others have mentioned here.

Thank you! My interview was over the phone about 15mins long with 5 situational questions and 2 supervisors asking the questions and they were very polite in repeating questions when I asked them to lol. After the interview I received an email to complete an essay in wonderlic.

Did an essay before the interview by phone back in June, which took 30 minutes, and still patiently waiting.

That sounds like my timeline for a ISO position I applied for . The hiring process is just long and overly drawn out lol. Hang in there!

Got offered an ISA GS-6 position in Memphis, TN. Currently going through the background check. For some reason it is a Secret and not just a basic public trust background check like on most other job posts on USAJobs.

Applied - 7/18/2017
NOR - 9/1/2017
Phone Interview - 10/24/2017
Offer - 11/6/2017
