I retired CSRS1/3/2019 with 440 hours of annual leave. I was promptly paid (DFAS) for the leave on the next payday. Since then the pay raise of 1.9 was retroactively applied. Should this raise apply to the AL that would fall within the timeframe if I would have worked? Has anyone received the raise for the sold back annual leave?
