Is anyone familiar with the EEOC mediation program known as EASE EEOC Administrative Settlement Envoy? Can you explain the difference between this process and traditional mediation? Does anyone know how the EEOC selects cases to participate in this program? Any insight would be appreciated...

Seems like ADR for the Philadelphia EEOC cases. I am not familiar with this, but a POC is listed on the website. Good luck and God Bless.
