If not, sign the offer and hope for the best, I guess? You can always accept the FO and later decline it if you get an FO from Fresno. There is nothing wrong with that. They have dozens of candidates behind you and can move on to the next one. Also, if you have received a TO from Fresno, which is the same position as Oakland, there is no reason you will not receive a FO from them. It's just a matter of time.

I received an email that the results of my background check didn’t come back in time and all the positions were filled. I guess if your HR specialist goes on vacation after TO and before fingerprinting you’re just out of luck. Guess I’ll try again next year. I have no criminal history of any kind btw so it’s especially frustrating but that’s life. Edited by user Friday, October 11, 2019 4:51:36 AM(UTC)

Greetings, I applied for the Customer Representative Bilingual - Spanish position (19CW2-WIX0058-0962-5-AW) on July 7 for the Puerto Rico location. The announcement was amended several times until it closed on Aug 12. One of the changes was to update the starting date from Oct to Oct/Nov. Well, I did an online assessment then an automated telephone assessment. After that on Sept 12 my status changed to Referred. I know statuses on usajobs are hit or miss, but I have not received anything else since that update. As it is already Oct 13 and no update or email has been received and I have read that all sites will start no later than Oct 28, should I just let it go and don't stress anymore about it?

USA Jobs and IRS showing my status as "Hired". Still no E-QIP invitation. Sent email to sponsor 2 weeks ago no response. Not sure what's going on.

Hi, Have you emailed the HR Contact on your Job Announcement asking if all the selections have been made? They will let you know if they are still in the process or not.

It depends on the location. Richmond, VA is starting on the 28th but others started on the 15th of this month.

I haven't seen anyone else mention anything later than the 28th. Some that were set to start on the 15th got pushed to the 28th.
