The test didn't even seem that hard i thought it was pretty easy so idk how i didn't score best qualified 🙄😩

Just give them a call cause there's no tellin how long it'll take for them to send out the failed emails

Either staying local in the Baltimore or Washington offices, or maybe Nashville. Staying local has its own justifications. Nashville looks like it has a pretty active Diversion program, and the area seems like my kind of geography. Outside of that, I really don't know.

I was under the impression from reading the original announcement from September 2019, that, we took a writing assessment in order to be considered for the structured interview. Then, I received an email 10/23/19 advising that I passed this writing assessment and needed to take a "biographic assessment". I took this test, which seemed like a personality test and submitted it via USA Access.

I did not know this Biographic assessment was a scored test for purposes of determining whether you receive an interview or not. It's not noted in the original announcement; only the writing assessment is mentioned.

I'm not sure how personality tests are scored or whether this one is pass/fail. It was fairly simple. Maybe they have a profile of a successful analyst which shows flexibility in the answers, i.e. not all extremes or not all non-committal responses.

In any event the biographic assessment being a deal breaker is a surprise. I haven't heard anything, and I'll simply wait.

Must be because other friends i know that took the assessment also weren't best qualified. so i don't know anybody yet that has passed this test. Makes me wish we could get a detailed breakdown of what we didn't answer correctly to get scored so low.

I called them, and I was told I had passed. I have no idea, what they are looking for. I was told they were going to send an e-mail with instructions.
I am very happy and surprised at the same time.
