Hello,
Anyone from NYC is able to get ahold of the recruiter to send in their package. I am missing the questionnaire and I emailed, called but can't seem to get ahold of anyone.

All,
I am a DEA 1811 hopeful, and I have read some of the other agency forums and specifically the FBI is telling applicants that if they have used CBD oil within the last 3 years that counts as drug usage. CBD has been federally legal since 2018 so this is confusing to me. Some say that this is due to lack of FDA regulation etc etc. Long story short I have used a CBD cream on my hamstring once after it cramping up in the gym. A friend of mine gave it to me, and I recently discovered what brand it was and that it contained 0% THC. I have never used drugs or illegal narcotics and this is very concerning to me due to me currently being in the hire process.
I plan to call my local field office tomorrow and ask the question, and I am willing to pull my application if I have to.
What has anyone heard about this during the process, and can anyone shine any light on the issue?

Its a very confusing time when I feel like I have done something wrong that I did not mean to do and it would cost me so much.
