The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is an agency of the United States Department of Justice that serves as both a federal criminal investigative body and an internal intelligence agency. The FBI has investigative jurisdiction over violations of more than 200 categories of federal crime.
Headquartered in Washington, DC, the FBI has over 55 field offices located throughout the USA as well as smaller units throughout the world.

Is anyone from the DC phase 3 batch still waiting on their CJO? I know the website says 72hrs after you get the pass email but it'll be a month next week. I'm also aware that the gvt moves on its own time. Does it usually take this long? |

I actually emailed hr two weeks ago about it and she said
"The HR Specialist will be issuing CJOs shortly. Our manager have her working on a major project. I am hoping you will see the CJO by early March at the latest."
I'm wondering if anyone has gotten theirs yet.

Just got my failed email. I do have a question for the group. The testing center I used would be described as "sub par", the internet cut out towards the end of the test, because the computer did an update.
Should I reach out to the recruiting team, to see if a completed writing sample was sent in?

Weird question, but does anyone know if they are planning another IA vacancy this year? The FBI Facebook page recently made a recruiting post for IAs and I thought that was strange, considering they just did a vacancy.

I know several of us have passed Phase II and are waiting for a Phase III invite, so that would seem a bit strange, not to mention the fact that they limited this year's applicants to 1,100. From what I've gathered there's only one opening per year. Unless they were recruiting for specific skills or unmet needs?

Anyone else waiting for Phase III receive this email today: "Please be advised vacancy number 31857 has been closed out. In order to be considered for a future interview, you must re-apply to an upcoming IA vacancy. We plan to offer several Phase III interview sessions this year.” ? I’m confused as to why we would need to re-apply?

Yes, I also received it. Why they’re doing it that way with a new vacancy, I have no idea. But I’m almost positive we will start at Phase III since we already passed Phase II.
