Yup. It's the traditional tax deadline so it's a reminder to make sure it's up to date.

If your getting a tax refund, you should increase your deductions.
Don't engage with the non-postal riff-raff on these forums.

No. Perhaps you mean you should increase your exemptions. This will result in decreasing your tax withholdings, which is what you want if you got a significant refund for last year. Deductions are something different.
