Myself and many other people have followed the directions on the IRS website to NOT file another injured spouse form if already filed with tax returns, and that the injured spouse could then get their portion of the stimulus check if the form has been filed. I have seen on another forum where tons of second spouses had the IRS send their portion of the stimulus to the child support office anyway. Most of us DID have injured spouse forms on file. I am wondering when will IRS have phone support again so I can find out why my injured spouse form wasn't referenced? Anyone on the inside willing to share where this glitch is coming from? I wonder if anyone who filed injured spouse has actually gotten their portion of the stimulus payment. Will IRS retroactively apply it and demand my portion of the check back from the child support agency? Thanks to anyone working there who is willing to shed some light on this question.

The same thing here. I was supposed to get my money almost a month ago. Filed taxes as an injured spouse. I still don't know where the money are. I didn't get my portion, and child support agency didn't get my husband's portion ether.
