Hi all, hope everyone is doing well.
Does anybody have any experience/guidance/advice on the HUD "Housing Program Specialist" position?
I applied in April and have been referred. Thank you for any info and/or insight.

Hi GRITS; I did not and I'm out the door soon anyway over the wacky mandate so I doubt they'll be contacting me. LOL Good luck in your endeavors!

Congrats on getting referred. They kicked my application out because my performance appraisal was more than a year old. They closed the job right after fiscal year end. So, yes, it would potentially be over a year old. It was clearly a tactic by HR to kick out applications so they wouldn’t have to review so many. And the response from HR was your typical condescending response. So much for trying to find the right candidate and putting personable people in HR.
