They will ask about 5 behavioral scenario questions: 1) talk about a time you had to handle a difficult situation. 2)Describe a time you had to deal with a difficult client. 3) Talk about a time you had to work with someone different from you and how you communicated. 4) Describe a time you had to handle a challenging task with deadlines,5) talk about a time you had to deal with a lot of stress. All of these questions will have lead up questions so make sure you elaborate and thoroughly think each situation through and discuss the resolutions and what could have been done differently. Each scenario should be relative to the job.

After these five questions are asked, they will ask what documents a person could provide to prove they're not married and whether a marriage certificate and birth certificates are enough to prove the couple is married or not.

Then they may or may not ask how paternity could be established for a child .

The last question is usually a mock interview with someone applying for social security after succumbing to a short term disability. I doubt they'll go through this via a telephone interview but you never know.
