If you look at the benefit history of your claim, on eComp, you may see that your rate was "certified" at some point by this null Migration Team. If you have a long time on the Periodic Role you may have been "updated" more than once. I think it has something to do with the rule stated above (but I'm not sure)

My question is: I can't find anywhere any information as to what is the null Migration Team and what is the formula they use.
