Congratulations and Happy Anniversary to postalvet!
He retired on 10/31/09. 11 years ago!!!
He took the $15,000 retirement incentive offered to APWU employees in 2009.
1972: He joined the APWU
2009: He retired with a $15,000 retirement incentive offered to APWU employees
He even stayed in the APWU after retirement (as retiree member). Something to be very proud of.
There's quite a big gap between 1972 (joining the APWU) and 2009 (retiring as an APWU member).
What were some of your APWU duties and bid assignments?
What kind of training did you have over your career?
Did you ever get to meet Moe Biller (legendary APWU President)?
Do you think APWU employees will get a $15,000 retirement incentive offer in the near future like you did?
You must be very proud of you Postal career (I know I'm proud of mine).
From one APWU member (nearly 30 years for me) to another, please share some experiences and memories of your 38 year APWU career.

i am here to post answers to postal questions because people seem to like it better than to look up the info themselves.

that is why just cause rushes home each day only to post a picture of himself cleaning the station toilets.
and rogerd keeps posting the senior center he needs to go to
and eagledog posts stupid happy anniversary post yet no one knows anything about them.
you 4 can keep it up and so will i.
hopefully the 83 guests currently looking in will understand. i do not really care what they think as long as they learn how to deal with postal management.
because dealing with postal management is why i help those who want it.
