I have lost my doctor, found a new one that I can't see for a month. Old doctor won't complete my medical narrative, have notified OWCP of this situation. Now I receive a letter in the mail today from the PO saying they have no updated medical for me since 8/19, OWCP get all medical reports/upadates from my doctor. PO says I have to provide them with updates and restrictions. What is this all about?

if your case has been approved by OWCP, legally the usps can't contact you... Toss the letters away

Not sure where you are getting your information but your statement of "If your case has been approved by OWCP, legally the USPS can't contact you" is incorrect. Your employing agency has a right to monitor your medical progress and duty status by obtaining periodic medical reports. Form CA-17 is usually adequate for this purpose.
This information can be found in the Code of Federal Regulations at 20 CFR § 10.506 - May the employer monitor the employee's medical care?

Most employers will request a medical report, but you are only required to provide them with your doctors' opinion regarding your ability to return to work. To meet their request, you simply need to provide them with a CA-17, OWCP-5C, or OWCP-5A.
