How much more competitive would a person be for federal jobs in foreign policy and national security if he or she took foreign language classes in the evening? |

It would be a great thing to consider! I took a position that didn't use English in Miami. The workers were federal employees, many just didn't speak English. We all held security clearances, of course there was no way to verify the employment & background of these workers as they came from a communist nation.
