Very simple question as I have tried to do open-source research on the matter and can't find anything:
Is normal color vision required to work in the DO?
I am red/green color deficient and made it farther in the application process last time than previously and my reapplication window is coming up. If I am automatically DQed it may not be worth pursuing again.

I factually do not have an answer for you. But my thought would be just put it in your application under the "disabilities" section (idk color vision is on there- but if not, write it in). If you get contacted, I would assume that means it's not a discriminator, although it could be similar to the military (restricted line). I would definitely go for it! Good luck :)

If you were given a number to call during any point in the application process, I'd recommend trying that route and directly asking the representative.
