Update: I received a notice from HR that OCHR made a favorable determination on my suitability case. Then I received and EOD date and then a final offer.

My question is immediately after I submitted my e-Qip, they scheduled me a CAC appt that didn't go through, of course, because I was awaiting adjudication/suitability determination. Now that I have a final offer and EOD date, how come I'm not receiving another appt for a CAC?

Because the guy who takes the picture isn't in the office? Srsly, it's your ID card, not a clearance and the people who set them up are always backed up. When mine was due for renewal it took two weeks to get an appointment - when I first was employed I couldn't get my CAC for three weeks because people being renewed had first dibs. Don't worry about it.

That she needs to schedule her own appt for CAC. Most CAC offices are all backed up on RAPIDS. Took month for me to get one. Another lady took 45 days to get hired. Being she is a new hire, she needs to get with HR and 1172 or wait patiently.
