What if I don't have previous pay stubs for more. I will moving from Nashville to New York in addition to being underemployed. So I am dealing with both lower area pay and no previous higher pay.

Also at what stage would you try to negotiate that?

Nice def congrats. Guessing somewhere in arizona? When exactly did you interview. I interviewed june 4th and was hoping to get either a t/o or rejection email today but still nothing so far.

I had my interview on May 28 and waiting to hear something either way. I had another interview (city interview) today and I’m wondering who will get back to me first. Will it be IRS or City? Lol

I just receive instructions to accept a firm offer this morning in my email. I was confused because I hadn't completed (or even gotten an invitation to complete) any security paperwork. The offer paperwork included an email to contact if I hadn't, so that's the first thing I'm doing.

Want to give you all a heads up, you might not received a e-qip confirmaiton # email.

I didn't receive one and tried to log into e-qip and the application was there. They had my prior security clearance in the past and that might be why.
The confirmation email might be for new users set up? For people who have prior SC/TS etc, we might not get the email.

Same here, I emailed them and they responded that one has not been ordered for me. I too have a current clearance though.

For all of you RO veterans, what is the best way to spend the next 7 weeks before I start? I want to get a headstart, how can I get started learning what I need to know?

Spend the next seven weeks enjoying things. Take a vacation, spend time with your family:

Because you’re going to be incredibly busy the next 12 months.

There’s nothing you can do to ‘get a head start’.

Just get everything ready so you will be able to start when your first day is. You can read the IRM too if you want to know about the job. IRM 5 for collection.
