On Basic FEGLI, I wonder what experience shows for the option of 75% reduction (which has no premiums after age 65) or choosing the 50% reduction (and always have the premiums). A choice at retirement is the final choice for this so I wonder how others have chosen. Could it be that the premium is a good deal out there in the life insurance world? -or could it be that it's not worth having that premium for life taken out of the annuity bucket?
