Anyone applied for the contact representative here in Austin? I am waiting for my JSAP result (took in July 23), and received notification in email yesterday for fingerprint. I am just a little confused. Do I still need to wait for the result, or does this mean my result was good and I was referred to proceed to next step? I saw someone mentioned TCP (test on the phone)for this position, should I expect the test, or should I expect interview or something else? Anyone in the same situation as mine?

Any comments will be greatly appreciated. I was kinda nervous by seeing others describe how stressful this job is, but I do want to get this job and get my foot in the door. I applied for TCO earlier, but only got B in the JASP, so did not make it at that time.

You probably won't get a score for your JSAP since they have invited you to the FP session. There won't be a test or interview unless you are told so. Good luck.

Thanks, TNTiger. I will simple follow the instructions I received so far then. Keep my fingers crossed all the time.

This is a great forum, and I learned a lot from the posts. Best wishes to all members.

I took the JASP on the 26th of July. I have not yet received my score, but I am scheduled to fingerprint this Friday the 21st.

FYI, I attended the fingerprint yesterday (Tuesday morning), and I heard that this time they had scheduled seven days (two sessions on each day) to have applicants fingerprinted. In my session, they invited more than 30 people to the session and 5 or 6 of them did not show up. I am assuming in total we have in total around 400 applicants to be invited. Heard they are hiring less than 100 though. Also, no one in my session have received the JSAP score, so please be patient with that.

Have fun in your fingerprint session, the HR specialists are very friendly and helpful. Remember to bring your bank information (Routing number and account number) with you as they will ask you to fill out direct deposit form as if you have been offered the job.

Gianny:

Are you applying for billingual contact representative? If so, I think after the interview (TAP test maybe?) there will be official job offer if you passed the interview, based on what I was told in the FP session.

Good luck!
