I am a former Tax Examiner Technician and applied for a Seasonal Contact representative. I just got an e-mail for the JSAP. what will I encounter in that test or what should I pay closed attention to in order to pass this test. I have 4 days deadline.

From what I remember first they ask you basic situational questions, like "What would you do if___" and these a pretty common sense. Then you get some recorded phone calls. The customer gives their name and number right away so I wrote it down instead of trying to type it in as they said it. Then there are multiple choice responses which are for the most part common sense. I took it a month ago and I've taken another very similar test for another job, so maybe someone else has taken it more recently and can remember more. Good luck!
