I have been looking for jobs on CPOL for months now and i only had an interview for a GS-4 (clerk) and did not got the job, the thing is that I have a bachelors degree in Office Administration Systems and a Masters Degree in Computers Resources and Information Management, when you have this type of education what GS level should you go for? I would like to land on an IT position but since I don't have that much experience on it, i don't even get referred for the jobs, I have plenty experience on Office Management and administration, so what kind of positions should I target? Thanks in advance.

I don't have much experience in the Federal area, but would say with a Masters Degree - you should be looking at GS 9/11 positions

Why don't you apply with the VA? Something like information security?
