That should all be available online. Here's a union website.

http://www.npmhu.org/
go to the "resource center", then scroll down to:

NPMHU Document Databases: The Mail Handler Interactive Library Search (MAILS); the Grievance Arbitration Information Network System (GAINS); the NPMHU Standard Grievance Form; the Employee and Labor Relations Manual (ELM); and the Administrative Support Manual (ASM). Access to all of these databases requires a user ID and a password, which can be obtained by sending an application to the NPMHU National Office.

Peaches,
I am brand new here and haven't figured out
just how this forum works so bear with me.
On another thread you posted this:
"My back injury was accepted by OWCP. The difference is that OWCP does not offer a "scheduled award" for back injuries that don't affect the limbs, bowels, bladder, etc., but the time lost from work IS compensable!"

Can you tell me just how the "time lost from work IS compensable!" works.

My wife has been on OWCP for 5 years due to a back injury most of which she has worked 2 hours per day at the PO and paid 6 by OWCP.
She is now waiting on OPM for a retirement date.
She should receive a SA for leg damage, loss of feeling and use but I am trying to find out
how the "Time lost from work" due to the back
will come into play or if will at all.
Thanks
