I was contacted to see my interest level about an Intelligence Assistant position recently, and I was wondering if anyone has more information on this job description and career ladder.
I've been waiting for over 16 months since I was approved for hire to be an Intelligence Analyst, and I want to find out what the role of the Assistant is and what my career ladder would be before moving forward at all.

So quite a step down from an Intelligence Analyst. Awesome. Don't understand why I'm still waiting after being approved for hire in Aug 2008.
