AS A RETIREE, CAN I CANCEL MY SURVIVOR BENEFIT PLAN ?

You likely would need the consent of your spouse.

If you have been court ordered to provide the benefit as a result of divorce, you would need to get that order changed first.

Yes, but you will probably spend the rest of your life in jail for murder.
 
As I understand it, the term in use her is "irrevocable" - either she dies or you die.  Otherwise, it remains in effect.
