DHS

The Department of Homeland Security has a vital mission: to secure the nation from the many threats we face. This requires the dedication of more than 230,000 employees in jobs that range from aviation and border security to emergency response, from cybersecurity analyst to chemical facility inspector. [Their] duties are wide-ranging, but [their] goal is clear: keeping America safe. (source: www.dhs.gov)

I've been searching the site for some information on the Airport Assessment and I haven't found any definitive answers. What does the Airport Assessment consist of? Is it a sit down interview, some kind of physical fitness test, or both? What should I look forward to and what should I do to get ready for it?

I understand that this is a Federal job and some form of SEC-OP may be required. I only need information on what's to be expected. Thanks in advance...

1. It is a structured questions sit down panel interview.
2. You will have a color vision test.
3. Fingerprints and photo taken.

You will also sign paperwork which inc a non-disclosure agreement about the process.

Dress to impress...its an employment interview.

Good luck in the process

This is very helpful as I've been wondering the same thing myself. Not sure of this can be discussed or not, but is the structured interview behavioral?

Thanks
