Do retired military have any rights under there 1 yr probationary period as a car cond employee, or can the employer just say go home we dont need you any more. crazy stuff goin on at the uscg cmd here at camp lejeune nc

From what I understand they can $hit can you at any time during your 12 month probation. Keep your head down and do your job and you will make it. No one wants to do that. Its an ugly mess.
