I have recently received a TO.  The vacancy announcement states that the position requires a Secret Clearance.  In the next sentence it states that a satisfactory ADP level 1 background investigation is required.  I have researched ADP Level 1 and I have found several references stating that an ADP (IT) Level 1 Clearance is Top Secret, not Secret. Level 2 is Secret.

Could this possibly be an error on the Job Announcement?
