Why don't you just GOOGLE it?
You're now staring at a computer. Try learning how to use it!

Are you talking about the case that was settled in 2004, where Edmund Walker was added and then withdrawn as a co-class agent and he then filed on his own (having to do with restricting rehab employees work hours, including OT)? Or are you referring to the somewhat recent suit Sandra McConnell vs. USPS, EEOC Case? This case is still in the discovery stages; information is still being gathered to move the case forward. If you were affected by the NRP, you can fill out the questionnaire at this site:

I just received a "Damages Questionnaire"  from National EEO Investigative Services Office.  If anyone has any input I'd appreciate the info.

A email went out a week or two ago about that questionnaire.  It said that 41,000 questionnaires were being sent out.  The USPS is required to pay employees when they fill out the questionnaire.  The email specifically stated that a hour should be sufficient, but stated that it may take longer and it was all to be paid.

It sounded like the EEO was all but settled and these questionnaire are to determine what the payout is going to be.  My guess is after this, Saturday delivery should be the least of their worries because this is going to cost big money....

The email went to Supervisors and PM's.  It came from the DC through the district coordinators. Seems this case has gotten the POs attention and they don't want it screwed up any further.

I sent mine back. What can they do? Speak the truth, it's all documented anyhow.
I didn't like the statement about investigation about personal health issues or marital status either, but if your were put out of work due to the process, it may have been the cause of those issues.
