I am still receiving interim payments. Since 1/11, approved back to July 2010.
Applied in Novemeber 2010 for SSA disabily, I was denied and hired a lawyer in which I was approved at my hearing. My alleged date was Apri 2010.
I am wondering how big of an overpayment will I have. I have medical bills to pay back but think I need to hold on to all of my back pay I receive from SSA since I will have to pay OPM back. My lawyer will get a % of my overpayment which I think he gets 6000. I was just wondering if anyone had an idea.
Also how can I find out how much longer til OPM figures out my payment.
