Social Security Administration

The Social Security Administration (SSA) is an independent agency of the United States federal government that administers Social Security, a social insurance program consisting of retirement, disability, and survivors' benefits. To qualify for these benefits, most American workers pay Social Security taxes on their earnings; future benefits are based on the employees' contributions. (Source: Wikipedia)

I imagine this post had one of two possible reasons for being made:

-It is literally a "test" post, and they just wanted to see what would happen if they made a thread...(i.e. the thread is completely worthless).

-It's a post talking about the recent ACWA examination in NY for SSA positions.

I thought it was hard too.  I have taken GMAT and LSAT before.  I found ACWA to be in between GMAT and LSAT in terms of difficulty.  I think it was partly because I am weak on verbal and partly because there were no prep materials available for ACWA.

I think the most difficult thing about the ACWA exam wasn't its difficulty, but rather the amount of time they give you to answer all of the questions.  They give you very little room to sit and contemplate a problem, and if you don't have a strategy or know exactly how to answer it right away, you'll be stuck scrambling at the very end.

There is prep material available for the ACWA, but it's kind of old.
