Due to EEO reprisal issuess, the agency delayed my disability retirement package submittal for almost a year.  It also delayed the payment of my accrued leave that I had requested to be spread out over several pay periods in 2011.  The agency retroactively approved the leave for the 2011 pay periods but I did not receive the payment until January 2012.
Will this payment in 2012 (for leave in 2011) affect when my disability retirement begins?  I had planned on a disability retirement date of June 30, 2011.  My understanding is that OPM will ask the agency when I was last received pay.

Assuming that you mean your disability retirement date is June 30, 2012 (not 2011), your receipt of unused annual leave in January 2012 should have no effect on when your disability retirement begins.
