If I read the chart correctly, OPM is ahead of its plan to be caught up by July 2013.  Hopefully, things will continue to improve.

Thanks for posting chart. When I went to my Senator his 12 year old (just kidding) helper told me that OPM was mandated by law to get their act together in 18 months.
 
I hope I don't have to wait that long to see my Special Supplement. 5 months and counting.
