Social Security Administration

The Social Security Administration (SSA) is an independent agency of the United States federal government that administers Social Security, a social insurance program consisting of retirement, disability, and survivors' benefits. To qualify for these benefits, most American workers pay Social Security taxes on their earnings; future benefits are based on the employees' contributions. (Source: Wikipedia)

Just wondering if anyone has information about the RSITS position in the Atlanta region.  I know they have interviewed for the opening (more than a year ago), they have consistently gotten approval to extend the elgibility date of the list, but yet there has been no selection, or any update as to why no selection has been made.  The position has been vacant for two years now, just not sure why no selection, but continuously extending the eligibility of the list.
